Park Inn by Radisson San Antonio Medical Center

Very convenient to the hospital. My sister is in there and we could easily walk over! Everything was great except the girl in the front was very straight faced, not welcoming, bothered. Carpets need cleaning! You can smell it,eww, and see the dirty carpets. We did enjoy our stay though!

I enjoyed my stay at Park Inn by Radisson. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and y comfortable. I appreciate the fact that my pup is welcome there for a fraction of pet deposit fees i have payed anywhere else. My only complaint is they don't have a swimming pool, but I knew that when I booked this stay and I will probably stay here again. It was very quiet and I felt Safe when taking my dog out to do his business. I recommend this Park Inn by Radisson if you want a no-frills, quiet and very reasonable place to stay.

Building had welcoming appearance. It was nice for the price. Although we didn't request a handicapped room, that's what we got, so the shower was amazing! Our toilet stopped up so they delivered a plunger, which fixed the problem, but it would have been great customer service if they offered to fix it for us too. We felt a little ignored whenever we passed by the front desk as the girl was always too busy on the phone to acknowledge us. Overall the room was cool, quiet and clean with only a $25 pet fee so we would probably stay again in the future.

Staff is very kind. Room is clean. Bed very comfortable. My husband was at Methodist Hospital and the Park Inn was extremely convenient. Within walking distance.

Stayed for several nights, had everything I needed. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom has soap and shampoo, lots of clean towels, TV, AC. Everything you need for an overnight stay when you're visiting someone nearby. Good value for money. And staff at the reception were really nice.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I stayed here for two nights when I attended the Final Four. It is in the medical district. Very nice area, lots of restaurants and fast food options nearby. We also went to the roller skating rink that was very close. The hotel is inexpensive and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They were super accommodating. I accidentally left my laptop charger and they found it and sent it back to me. Very honest. The rooms were clean, the area was nice, the hotel was neat and conveniently located. This is my new hidden gem when I come to San Antonio. Thank you all for all of your help and I look forward to seeing you next. Oooh and they also extended me a late checkout for 1H past checkout time which I really appreciated. 5 stars all around. Great service! Tell all your friends about this place, but if their prices go up as a result of this review , I will me mad :-)

If you have a family member staying in University or Methodist hospital there's no better choice. It's a 5 min walk from either hospital and the price can't be beat. With all the food choices you'd want within a 10min drive it's the perfect spot. Rooms are comfortable and clean, what more could you want.

They gave me a discount while my husband was in ICU. They worked with me in getting a room, canceling, getting again and were never frustrated or rude!!! The place is older, but updated nicely. It is clean, and the staff has been great! The bed is super comfortable. Only thing lacking is the breakfast bar... muffins and fruit and coffee. Walking distance(2 mintues) to the hospital (Methodist).
